Terry works to expand the awareness of Hayman in the Melbourne business community using his extensive corporate connections and affiliations.

Terry had a long and successful corporate career mostly in senior management roles in BP including offshore secondments to London and Athens. After leaving BP in 1993 he held general management positions in shipping, energy and public transport.  Terry and Rod have worked together building advice business’ since 2002.

He is an active participator in many sports although the likes of football, cricket, baseball and squash have now faded into the background to be replaced with more sedentary activities like golf and lawn bowls. Lifetime Swans supporters during winter months goes to as many matches as possible.
